Tour description
It's very interesting to see and understand live what and who is behind the food excellence tradition of Emilia Romagna.
The tour starts with the visit of the production path of the Parmigiano Reggiano, defined as the King of cheeses. A qualified staff will guide you through the processing phases, illustrating the various steps: from the cultivation of land with biological methods to the transformation of milk into cheese. Then, in the maturing warehouse, surrounded by more than 6000 shapes, you will be offered a taste of the products.
The tour will continue with a visit in a traditional Acetaia, a balsamic vinegar farm, with the story of the grapes used, visit of the cooking rooms, acetification and all the vinegars dedicated to aging in wooden barrels. Treat yourself with a delicious lunch and tastings of vinegars, selected from the barrels.
Ends the tour with the Ferrari Museum visit that invites visitors to live the Prancing Horse dream first-hand. It offers a unique and enthralling voyage of discovery, a story told through cars that have made automotive history on streets and circuits the world over.
