Tour description
This lesson, one of a kind, aim to develop the skills necessary for the realization of a realistic work following the traditional modeling techniques used by the great Florentine masters and carried out in this study for over two centuries.
You will visit an authentic sculpture studio, where a family of artists has been carrying out its activity for almost two centuries, blending tradition and modernity. The atelier, located in the Oltrarno district, boasts a vast collection of models ranging from classical and Renaissance works, to neoclassical and contemporary masterpieces.
You will then have the opportunity to learn how to create a replica of the nose or mouth of the famous Michelangelo's David and you can take it home as a souvenir of Florence and Florentine art.
